Help on unbricking F8000

Hello,

There is a problem with my F8000. I have installed SammyGO widget and was using it without a problem till now.
Somehow now the functions are crashing after about 10 seconds turning on the TV. Basic features are continue working, I can see the picture and enter the smarthub main screen. But it is not responding to the remote (and local control).

I can see that SammyGo widget is still there.

I have access to the filesystem via FTP, can upload download files even if the remote functions are still not working. Telnet / SSH is not working.

So I call it partially bricked. What do you suggest to fix it or at least to remove SammyGo to call support under warranty.

Create a file named STOP_SAMYGO on an USB device (prefer FAT formatted), plug it to TV before powering on, then see if TV boots normally (without "crash" I mean)
