I did root with samygo series of f 7000 no firmware 1118 mts
I wanted to ask for help, to access ftp from windows pc, but I can not access
I have some question
1- need some tool to pc? if so, which one?
2-'s guide on the forum? 'cause I'm reading a lot, but I can not figure out how to access

Use FileZilla and just enter IP of your TV in "host" field. If you cannot access it can mean your TV is not rooted or maybe you have to check on firewall/router level. There should be no "mystery"

I meant you have to be sure that no rules are blocking ftp access on firewall or router level. If you have no firewall and no router, nevermind
How are you sure that root was successful if you never had ftp access? Did you try Telnet?

hey thanks, I solved all the dns settings wrong, and I could connect to the home network, but not internet "tv with" I set dns machines, and now I had access to ftp.

No need to use Telnet if you don't know what it is. Otherwise, Google is your friend, as well as forum search
If you want to "decripotare" recordings, simply use SamyGO PVRdecoder: viewtopic.php?f=63&t=6511
