Which series buy?f series or h series?f6470 or h6470?

I have to buy a new tv 32'' so i search a lot but find one good tv of this size is hard
I like f7000 that has the twin tuner but there isn't the 32 version. Damn samsung.
So i search a lot and find 2 model that are good for me one is ue32f6470 that has 200hz Cmr and is dual core (root possible) the other is ue32h6470 that has 400mhz and is quadcore (still no root).
I use the root to bypass dlna on my old tv and mount network share as Virtual usb.
So if i buy the f series i can bypass dlna but it has obsolete hardware now.
In addiction the h series has more cheap price the f series instead is more expansive. (I know it's absurd)
In all tv i know that i have to change the country code in service men? because aren't available in my country. Damn samsung.
So i don't know wich to buy.
I want to buy h series but there isn't root and without i can't mount the network share
the research of root of h series in forum seems stuck.
I don't understand the policy of samsung great product with incomplete software. A lot of models but restricted for specific country or for specific size.
