Picture flicker on 40F6500

Hi Everybody,

For some time now I have been getting irritated by a picture colour flicker issue on my 40F6500.
It often happens after scene changes with bright colours and results in a momentary desaturation of the colour.

It is not encoded in the video sources.

I suspect it is a video processing issue but I am not sure if it is the same one noted here:

If it is firmware, does anyone have a definitive list of which ones are not/affected?
