Depends on TVs, usually somewhere on mainboard

. If you're skilled enough to "remove" them, you should easily find where they are.

Most history/cache can be accessed on rooted TVs, I can't tell you exactly in which files/folders though.

Obviously there are no resources about that here (or I don't know where), who will unsolder flash chips from mainboard? Google might be a more helpful friend
