It has NOTHING to do with what you are doing now I do NOT support "latest fw" at ALL. If you have one you should block updates on router and wait for it to STOP being "latest":)

Don't be so sure in your opinion. When local_set is EU and you are located in CIS zone, even connection to samsung servers is refused. And I can not choose another region of smart hub, and menu language also depends on local_set valueSmart hub country you should change in completely different way It has NOTHING to do with what you are doing now

I can set up a VPN or proxy connection for you from my country (to use on your TV), and you can try any way you like to configure smar hub and menu language. My TV already has "foreign" ip and I was able to switch to ANY country in smart hub but ONLY using method described on wiki:)
