best chances for unused functions in last 40 (KEY_ext##) i think, if the key already has a name there is a high probability that is has been used already somewhere.
Did you come across some kind of mapping list for actual recieved IR signals to KEY-functions?
like
KEY_MUTE = 15 ---> E0E0 F00F [241x255 or 61455 dec ] (E0E0 seems to be the Header for all current Samys)

Has anyone managed to find the "Game Mode" on/off key? Or the screen off.
KEY_GAME does nothing at all (not available)

It's probably too late, but correct key for E-MANUAL button on F-series is KEY_TOPMENU. i tested your suggested keys but not worked
when i press the 'd' button the tv tell me something about the data service...
i also tried KEY_DNET supposing thay d was for data...
no result....
