root: UN32EH5300 fw: 2001

I have the very popular UN32EH5300.

I didn't think SamyGo would ever support E Series, so I updated firmware.

Now you can root many E Series - Doh!

I'm on firmware 2001 - Is there anything I can still do?

Your tv is still unrootable. Unless it is smart tv?

Yes, it's smart tv - smart hub

One more reason is that you may have to donate if you want to access restricted rooting methods for latest firmwares.
Depending on TV model, here's non-exhaustive list of concerned ones (none is downgradable):

E-series 5xxx/6xxx with firmware T-MST10PDEUC greater or equal to 2000.2

I have firmware 2001.0 - based on this I'm out of luck?

SamyGO-E will be soon available for 2 years !? Approximately 1 year ? before fw 2001 went out

FW numbers from different regions are not really comparable, but it's highly likely.
Did you at least try the "old" rooting method?:
E series widget -autostart w/o USB

Anyway it surely won't work, and you might have to donate to get newest rooting method, as advised in the thread you've quoted...
