After 10 minutes widget doesn't appear in smart hub. Which client should I use instead of putty? Telnet works on 4023 port.

You should use command "telnet" in terminal Once you get telnet working please run this commands:

ls -l /dtv/S*

and:

ls -l /mnt/

After I run telnet on 4023 port, it return me to cmd if I want paste command.

Yeah because on port 4023 there is no telnet Check 5023 and if won't work download netcat

you drag exe to terminal so it looks like this:
