H7150 service menu

I have a UN60H7150 and I want to enable PVR. From tv off state I am able to use (mute,1,8,2,power) to get to the service menu. I disabled ONT support from here. Next I powered off and got back to the same service menu. Then I used a galaxy tab 4 with the IR blaster. I sent the Factory and 3Speed keys to unlock advanced menu. I found the PVR SUPPORT and changed to ON. I then backed out and hit power. When it reboots the PVR function does not work on TV tuner. If I check the service menu again I see that PVR SUPPORT was OFF again. Why won't my settings stay on.

I also tried the INFO,FACTORY from the tv on normal state. Got to the service menu enabled PVR support to on and it also does not stick. The ONT support is still off but PVR enable resets to off.

Any help in enabling PVR is appreciated.
