guys i have downgraded my ue46es8090 with the firmware 0000
now i cant choose the option channel in the menu and also i cant choose the option reset
can someone please help me ?

Did you keep firmware 0000? Now you have to upgrade to a "normal" version (recommended 2003.4)

i did update to 2003.4 but still cant use the channel or reset option

i did a reset in the service menu maybe that causes that?

Yes i did a factory reset in the service menu
U hear the tv boot up but blank screen no samsung logo and no setup wizard

It stays blank i power it off and on and it boots up without the setup wizard
