Boot loop after SamyGo installation.

Hi there,
after I have installed on my SamyGo UE55F8090, this always stuck in a boot loop.
You can stop the whole, if one separates the network connection (wireless and cable) or with the "Samsung Smart View 'app turns off the TV.
Then this but 24 hours later restarts and hangs alone again in the boot loop.

Can someone help me there?

nachdem ich SamyGo auf meinem UE55F8090 installiert habe, h?ngt dieser immer in einer Boot-Schleife fest.
Stoppen kann man das ganze, wenn man die Netzwerkverbindung trennt (WLAN und LAN) oder aber mit der "Samsung Smart View" App den Fernseher ausschaltet.
Dann startet dieser allerdings 24 Stunden sp?ter erneut allein und h?ngt wieder in der Boot-Schleife.

Kann mir da jemand helfen?

• create empty file with name

  Code: Select all

  STOP_SAMYGO

• place it to USB. Power off TV, connect that USB and power on TV. TV should work normally and you can attach log file from /mnt directory to understand what`s wrong.
• post the log file (/mnt/samygo.log)
• Remove SamyGO from SmartHub if you want.

When I stop SamyGO as described, then how can I get to the log files?

lol, that`s good question You don`t have to write in two languages. Forum language i s english.

I think if you delete STOP_SAMYGO and use just STOP instead, then you should have ftp connection open. Try.

What I noticed also, the TV starts after approximately 24hours of the last power off alone and then re-suspended in the boot loop.

What is the FW you are using ?
I had a similar issue with original FW and I solved by upgrading SW to version 1115.

Also, as suggested to another user, you can disable the ins scripts and enable them one by one in order to identify who is the responsible of the reboot.

But that would not explain why the SmartTV turns on itself and stuck in the boot loop remains.

The problem I have now finally able to fix it.
In the service menu I have this then the Local Settings can make settings completely reset and after activation.
Since the device is running without any problems.
No boot loop more.
