can't Acess digital channels on my Series 5 UA40EH5300R

I have Samsung Series 5 Led smart Tv wit model UA40EH5300Rxxv (South Africa Region), my cable TV supply has Analog and DVB-C free. But my Tv is set to scan only Analogue Channels by default , i want to be able to watch both Analogue & DVB-C but in setup channel only analog search is available.I went to extended menu by but local set disable (EA-SA). I changed the Tuner type in option to DVB-TCS2, but still cannot find any dvb channels after searching. I read some reviews and someone used a ruSamsungTVCommunicator by pressing factory and 3speed in extended menu i tried and still wasn't able to change my local set region which I believe will enable the TV to access Dvb channels.I called samsung and they said my Tv cannot access digital channels unless I use a setup box which i don't believe its true..Any help..?

In Service Menu, you much search option Cable Support change Off -> On. Turn off TV you will have option change Ter/Cable in Search Program, change to Cable.

I was success have DVB-C with H Series in Vietnam. With you ask EH Series in H Series sub forum.

Sorry, this ways to have DVB-C for H Series, with you E Series you much going to H Series to doing. I was success for EH to have DVB-C with dual ir tran to extended Service Menu, Chang Region PANEURO, Local Set EU.
