Need help with UHD TV

Hi,

I recently bought a UE65HU7505 UHD TV for the sole purpose of displaying a website with dynamic content. It specifically needs to turn on/off at specific times, and automatically open a webbrowser and display a fixed webpage fx. www.google.com. My TV har a European board, so I believe that making a Ticker app would be impossible.

Do any of you users know how to do what I want? I will pay for a solution if needed.
