Re: SAMSUNG UE32H5000 ?Can activate DLNA?
Hi
Please read this topic viewtopic.php?t=8438
But you HAVE ethernet port.... Hmm..
Are you sure this is really H5000 and not eg. H5300 or H5500 ?
Would you pls provide photo of the sticker from the back of your TV ?
Have you identified service menu potentially responsible for dlna in your TV?
I can chceck for you what is set in my H5500 which has DLNA by default.
Finally if enabling dlna through service menu will not be feasible in the next step you can try rooting TV to have access to your shares via samba/cifs which is perceived as a better solution than dlna.

Re: SAMSUNG UE32H5000 ?Can activate DLNA?
Hello:
I don't have the TV because i need to know if DNLA works. If not, I have to buy H5500/H5303
H5000 has ethernet, but don't have sticker or nothing...
I need to access my pc to watch movies through ethernet (only need to share one folder, for example). Need Full HD - 32" and DLNA (and if i can Dvb-T2).
Thanks!

Series 4 resolution is not Full HD, so series 5 (and above) is a right choice for you.
However my UE48H5000 has no ethernet for sure and its firmware (T-NT14LDEUC) is different than in H5303 T-NT14MDEUC and in H5500 (T-MST14DEUC)
How do you get this information that H5000 has ethernet ? (maybe not in UE region ?)

Re: SAMSUNG UE32H5000 ?Can activate DLNA?
It's on Samsung website, in it's model information. It has an ethernet port (maybe only for updates?, maybe DNLA with service menu?). It's an UE model.
Thanks

Interesting. Link to the the website mentioned would be useful here....
Specification on polish website says nothing about ethernet in this model.

Re: SAMSUNG UE32H5000 ?Can activate DLNA?
I've bought it yesterday (32h5000) and it has no ethernet port, but it has explicit support of samsung wifi usb dongles. So I think that if you buy it or get an hacked usb wifi dongle (that tv recognizes as genuine) you are fine...
I still don't know how many features it will have. I needed a cheap tv and I have both chromecast and Raspberry pi connected to it, so it's useless for me...
