Where in the extended service menu is LocalSet?

Hi,

I have a brand new UE40H64000(AWXXH).

I've managed to change the region to my own (Norway) in the SmartHub, and gain access to both the service menu and the "expanded" service menu. I used the enclosed remote and FACTORY/3SPEED commands for another H-series Samsung with my Logitech Harmony Remote.

In the expanded service menu, I'm able to change "Region" to PANNORDIG, but can't find any LocalSet option. Is there another "expanded" service menu that I need to use the waw-file/IR blaster to gain access to?

The reason I want to change is so the CH LIST function displays correct. Right now it is one hour ahead.
I watch TV through a STB and doesn't use the tuner(s).

A three structure of the service menu would have been nice, but I guess that is to ask for too much...
