Change Model/Firmware

Hi Guys,

I have a UE50H6270 and changed the smart remote settings in the service menu to make the smart remote working ... this worked. But when i press the kexpad button on it i only get an smar keypad with 8 options but not a full on-screen remote which i need. I cant find any corresponding settings in the service menu. That makes me thinking that this is a firmware problem.
I know on other models there is the possibility of changing the model ... but the h6270 dont seems to support that. So i want to know how i can change the model or bring the firmware of the h6470 on it.
