I have one big question, which model possible install oscam and working on H-series tv?

You can try this solution http://tanjasoft.com/how-to/install-osc ... -series-h/ Now I've seen, seems to be not free they want 10 euro for that. The owner of the plugin is some maroccan guy named ****, he is also owner on website for free cardsharing exchange. Be careful with the plugin because there is a chance to steal your lines. This is happened in the past with cccam.

I don't know where you got this idea that I steal lines, but I can assure you I don't need your lines, and I don't need you to use my oscamlib. I built it for myself and that's enough for me.

The reason I ask money for it is because I believe in open source software and sharing information between developers but I don't believe in getting stuff for free. Just because some developers are kind and give they work for free doesn't mean it has no value. So please feel free to not use my websites or my lib.

Do you know what is open source? As far I can see No. If you provide your source to the community is open source if you provide precompiled library is closed source. If you want money for closed source apps is comersial software. Until you provide your source to the community, you can say whatever you want about the functions inside. You believe in sharing of the information between the developers but in your case this is in one direction from the rest to you only.

Also there is website for cardsharing exchange which is registered on your name, so my crazy theory make sense.

I don't mind about the donations you can see I am donator here. So probably you can share half of your received "donations" with samygo and oscam open source projects, because of their hard work you are earning your profits.

Your reasoning doesn't make any sense... I would summarize it like this: it's better to have comercial oscam for H than have NONE

FIrst of all maybe for you reading source code is the only way to find out what he is doing in his lib but for many it's NOT requried

I know what his lib does and I know what Samsung binary does

It's called reverse engineering

And this "card stealing accusation" is even more stupid when you realize that you can setup intermediate oscam server. So instead of going like this:

Code: Select all

Your precious OSCAM line <---> TV

configure it like this:

Code: Select all

Your precious OSCAM line <---> your local oscam server <---> TV

So your accusation ARE stupid but if you don't like it simply don't use it

So I need extra computer, and to do reverse engineering, to protect myself. I have no answer which accusation is more stupid. I'm not saying buy it or not, I am saying be careful about the risks and that is.

Not "AND" but "OR"

And no you don't need "extra computer" you can run as many oscam instances (on single device -> TV) as you want

You can even use oscam on H TV (which will be using this lib) to connect to second TV which will be using your LINE

. You can connect oscams the way you want

If you fear "line theft" than protect yourself. There are thousands of ways

BTW you give the details of your "super precious line" to oscam binary and NOT the lib

Guy provides compiled oscam but you can compile your own from sources

Anyway NOBODY forces you to use this lib

Ofcource nobody force me to use it and I am not forcing nobody to not use it.
So from the time when you import his library he can have real access to your files and system because your TV is rooted.
Probably I will be not be suspicious about this guy if he is known to our community. He has only two posts here and he has registered website for free cardsharing exchange. In that kind of websites 90% of the lines are stolen from somewhere.
Why not my theory not to be true? As I said this is only a theory and I don't have any prove that this guy is doing that.

Ehh this discussion is pointless. I just posted my opinion. The lib works. Who wants to use can use it. If somebody fears "line theft" he/she can set up intermediate oscam server on another machine
