UN50F6400 Boot Issue

Hello everyone! New to here, but have lurked a while now. I was wondering if anyone was familiar with an issue my UN50F6400 TV is experiencing. I had turned if off one night before sleep and the next morning all it does when powered on will display the Smart TV logo, then switch to another screen with multi colored symbols and sit there for about 10 seconds or so.

Also during this time, the red light in the bottom right of the TV flashes 4 times slowly. Then it will power off and repeat the same. Now I know the issue is the mainboard since I recently purchased one from eBay and swapped it out. Everything was looking good except the cable port for the remote/ BT / controls was broken so I have to return the board. Is there a way to possibly salvage the mainboard that is giving the issue? Searched around and thought maybe the EEPROM reset may work, but not sure I was doing it right anyways. Trying the service menu options didn't work either. It could be because I was using a remote app on my cell since I have the Smart TV type remote with no INFO button. Seems odd the board would just suddenly die like that.
