Hello everyone,
I'm facing a weird bug that I think relates to the TV's power state (I have a H6400, 2602 firmware).
If the TV starts and displays the SmartHub logo (on startup) then both my remotes work (bluetooth and ir). If the TV starts without displaying the logo, then my bluetooth remote mostly doesn't work. Note that "doesn't work" means that I can't change volume or channels through the bluetooth remote, but I can turn on/off the TV through the same remote (weird?).
I'm guessing that the logo being displayed indicates a cold boot of the TV? And the logo not being displayed indicates a wake up from sleep?
If this is the case, can I force the TV to always do a cold boot on startup? If yes, where would I need to look?
Did anybody else notice anything funny with the bluetooth remote?
Thanks

Re: H series power state
Here's an update: if the remote doesn't work on startup I can re-pair it by pressing back and guide for 3s. The remote works afterwards, but if it's inactive for more than ~20s the pairing is lost again.
Any ideas what I could do?
