Remove root UE48H6240

Hello,

i try to root MST UE48H6240 everything was ok, but i didn not get root acces.
So i delete the samygo app and skype, now i install skype again but i won't start.
How can i fix this?

remove network cable !!!
make a factory reset with service menu
and after reset check again OTN to OFF !!!!!!!
and install again...
