Smart Hub is geo-blocked

Hello. On my Samsung Smart TV doesn't work Smart Hub Function. When I try to enter into smart hub, on the screen appears "As Smart Hub is geo-blocked for this particular product, Samsung Smart Hub may not be available in your current location". Model of TV 40H6300AR. It was bought in UAE, his current location is Armenia. I try to change region in service menu(current region is ASIA_ATV), but Region is greyed out, I entered into extended service menu and agayn it's greyed out. Could you help me , how to change region? Thanks.

it doesn't work, when I reach 6th step on the screen appears "There are some problems. Please contact the Samsung Call Center for assistance.(Message Code 0). And 7th combination on remote isn't working

to do that steps you have to Factory Reset your TV than it will work , if it still occurs root your TV Downgrade it and it should be ok

factory reset in the service menu? and how Downgrade TV?

Factory Reset in the Service Menu Correct , Downgrade you can if you Donate Money to SamyGO and Root your TV (Ofc if its not the newest FW of Samsung)
