Why Telnet? The problem was the impossibility to have root privileges via ftp, see the content of mnt folder and make any change. Can i do something else? Thanks

Hi, you have to past the content of Sam.log file (in the file there were precious informations for troubleshooting) stored on samygo folder of your pendrive in ctrlv.it site, then you have to post the link generated. This is the way to have the help of an admin.
