UE46ES6800 from Spain in UK

Hi there,

I just moved to UK from Spain and brought my smart TV along. I have a satellite dish at home and when I try to search for channels it won't show all freesat ones from UK but just some of them (no HD ones for instance) and a huge number of channels from other countries. I tried to set up the TV for UK but it will only allow to choose between Spain, Portugal or other. Is there some way I can get to see the UK channels without changing the firmware? If not what would be the way to do it??

In extended service menu look for country set and change to UK.

Thanks notengo13. That wouldn't work out (or at least I coudn't make it) but I found a way around it... I did a factory reset as explained here

and chose Portugal as country and when searching for satellite channles it would allow me to choose within a huge list of them and just put the Astra 29.2

That sorted it out

My brother-in-law(cu?aoooo) has a UE32ES4000W he screwed up something in Service Menu He took the TV repair and they change his motherbord which comes from Holand or Belgium (in service menu it was set to UE_Benelux). And have the similar problem then you he couln't see all channels in spain they start with number 1000. I change the country to Spa-spain and reset from normal menu and everything is working. From first start TV show Spain and Portugal to set up everything from 0. Before he could only see holand france belgium and other country I dont remember.

I'm also from Spain (Hola compa?ero) and I have a 46ES6900 which is the same as 6800 but metal borders.

Could you please give me the service menu values for our TV, al least this 3 values

My child chaged them and even @zoelechat has helo me so much to restore the values based on a similar model would be great have the value from the ame TV model

to enter in the service menu just power off the TV, then Display/Info + Menu + Mute + Power
