CI Authentication every time turning ON

Hi!

Sorry for my poor English (It is not my native language)

I bought UE32H5030AW TV 1.5 years ago and made DVB-C contract with operator
1 year everything was ok, but few monthes ago i changed operator.
After that i have problems when i turn on my TV.
When i turned it on some messages appear on the screen about 20 seconds:

Authentication start

Scrambled signal
CI+ module or smart card not found. Please check it has been inserted correctly

Authentication success

Scrambled signal
CI+ module or smart card not found. Please check it has been inserted correctly

After that TV works normally.
Previous operator gave me CI module with NONintegrated SIM card.. Present operator gave me CI module with integrated SIM.. Problem appears. I changed module with the new one with NONintegrated SIM, but problem didn't go away.
Now i have T-NT14LDEUC_1037.3 version (as i remember there was 1026 when i bought a TV, but i can be wrong)

Can this problem be with the CI module or not?
Maybe this is problem with the firmware i upgraded?
