But console not respond to any commands. And not FTP or SSH! I guess only partial root.

I have used the TV this evening for some hours and cannot get it stable. Random reboots all the time. Unplugging the cable also not help. Then I uninstall your oot method and re-install again but TV still crashing.
With putty in raw mode I can enter commands on console now Still no ftp or ssh. Where do I find the init scripts on the TV? They no on the usual place (/mnt/opt/...)

Menu->System->General->Quickly Power OFF Samsung - this option must be OFF
Menu->System->General->Samsung Instant ON - this option must be OFF
"Both options not available on my TV.." - this most likely problem.
Try to do the following.
After installing SamyGO power off the TV by removing the plug from the socket.
Next - press "power" button on the remote until the light goes out at the front of the TV.
Insert the plug into the socket, power on the TV.
