I think it was downsampling DTS-HD to DTS from internal player when streamed over Plex server.
But I'm not really sure as I was excited with root and maybe Plex was doing some work over this file ?
You wrote that DTS is supported but all I'm getting from DTS is PCM even on 1039 firmware.
When I bought TV there was 1041 firmware... but not really sure if I had DTS working ;/

All I know is that internal player supports DTS (HD not sure, I never heard the difference ). About Plex, can't tell you...
You still can try to copy some DTS audio movie to HDD, plug it to TV and see what happens

Telling you that all I'm getting is PCM from files with DTS or DTS-HD.
Tried all firmwares you linked in libFirmwareDowngrade thread (took a while to download)
Will see whats going on on 1041...

What is your audio out? Spdif? ARC?

SPDIF and I know that max for it is 1500kbps

So when you play a movie with DTS audio, and want to select DTS as SPDIF out mode, it's greyed and you can only select PCM, that's it?

Unfortunatlly no DTS zoelechat on my TV.

Doesn't matter if I play file from usb or plex or kodi upnp all I'm getting is PCM when trying to play file with DTS
If there is Dolby Digital it switching to dolby on my yamaha receiver and when there is stereo TV converting it to DTS 2:5

Am I doing something wrong? ;/

Well I don't really know H GUI, so no idea if "DTS" should be greyed or missing when no DTS, but you should see it when audio is DTS, except if TV doesn't support it

Yep! Got it....Have DTS when streaming from Plex app but not from sources using plex dlna service...
Now I'm back on 1008 with "Skype replacement" root H from mihd as I think it's the best I could choose
