Wiki page for WiFi dongles doesn't include rt3***sta device lists.
Just rt2800 and rt73. And it doesn't include support for device 3c0a.
It's also good to release WiFi 0.3 package with rt3000 modules.
Also, since ubuntu linux uses rt2800sta for that device, does rt3000 module could make it working too?

chris, I see your device ID in 3*** list. So latest extension pack as arris said, it is compatible with your dongle. Use it.
