no just the basic arrows would suffice.
It does not appear to be listed in the service menu. EDID is there, HDMI 1.3 but no cec.

On my search for links to post I am surprised to find amazon says it actually has CEC

But alas I spent some time with a Samsung chat agent and they have confirmed that CEC is not supported on this TV
