Network Interference on UA60D8000 and UA32D6000

Hi all.
I have UA46D6600 with t-gasdeuc-1018.0 FW.
I have done as described to log in as Develop and set the IP
But as trying for few days I'm allways getting the same error masage "Network or server Interference occurred. Please try again later"
the Ping is working, though the TTL=42
I live in Singapore.
Any suggestions?

No Sir, I don't know if this FW version will work. will it?
for the internet connection, I'm mot using any proxy. I didn't understand! should I use one?
