Filename and Subtitle characters are different things.
Could you open korean named files on your TV? Than that is what you can do at all.
All fonts and text placed in the exeDSP and there is nothing to do much.

I thought that samsung is a Korean brand. If they can't produce native korean panels, It is shame for sammy
Are your korean named files are playing on FAT32 USB stick?

Instead of this forum, you can solve korean subtitle problem with Samsung since exeDSP is closed sourced.

I think you can try to run exeDSP from korean version firmware. But I know that LN series and LE series has different hardwares. You can still have a chance to make it, but you needed to know what you are doing.
Using mount -bind commands, you can alter original exeDSP with korean one ( with help of NFS ) So try to execute that exeDSP.
This will not permanently write exeDSP to original one but, trying to execute different version of program "could" make problems including bricking your TV.

I tried LN exeDSP execution on LE device and failed. There is some library errors. I don't try to fix that errors but you can handle those problems.
