Samsung 40JU6072 Auto motion plus - not available

Hello everybody/anybody,

I have purchased Samsung 40JU6072 (Europen model, located in Slovenia). Since the auto motion plus is one of the feature listed for this model
and is not present in the menu on my TV, it's obviously blocked in this region or country (as the manual says it could be).
So my question is:
- do any of you has/had this problem and did you fix it?
- is it possible that this issue can be resolved simply by changing region or local set in service menu and if so - to which country
- or to install firmware from different EU country?

I don't really care for possible tuner problems since I use separate settop box.
I would be really grateful for any help regarding this issue, since I don't want to sell my pretty new TV

It is possible that the Auto Motion Plus is available only to a particular source and connection types.

Thank you for the suggestion, but I already tried all possible HDMI's and playback from USB. It's not available anywhere.

You should ask Samsung, here is not aftersale. Without Auto Motion Plus you miss nothing anyway

Heh, I will. Well I am one of those guys who loves smooth motion (not too much of course). I have some old LG LCD which produces much more smooth action then this newer Samsung. I hope there is a way to fix this.

Maybe check into service menu if you can't enable it somewhere:
