When i tryied to use the apps like youtube always show me the message that is updating the app, and never get off that message so i decide to update the system because there is one update for my tv, after try to update via wifi doesnt have any lucky so i updated via USB( the update was downloaded from samsung page). I tryied to install the update but when the installation was finishin send me ann error that cannot be updated.
After that the tv was a little bit slow in the menus so i decide to make a factory reset via TV menu.
After the restore was finish the screen display the smart tv logo and goes black and after a while make a sound like its starting but the screen still black.
I tryied the menu>1>8>2>power but only the tv power on but doesnt make the sound, but if i power on normally make the sound.
Somebody can tell me please what can i do or i just f*ck my tv
