Yes, It's look like possible, I think our wiki need an update for cross flashing firmware.

For enable networking on UExxB6xxx's, I think you needed to replace boot.img and root.img too. This will change kernel for networking.
I insist UExxB6xxx and UExxB7xxx hardwares are compatible each other. Some one needed to copy UExxB7xxx boot&root.img to UExxB6xxx and look what happened

If you call those friends here, than we help about cross flashing TV's.
They look that has some courage about flashing their hardwares.
All we need is UExxB6xxx TV owner and some courage.
