It's better to know your "firmware name" instead modal name.
I don't know the problem but another way to hack TV is USB channel list hack.
I think juuso will hint about it. :)

You do not need download games from nurisam anymore. Use children category to run games on the latest samsung B series firmwares. Look closer at SamygoTrojaHorse. Put your needed samygo folder inside /telnet-enabler/ next to /telnet and you be able copy it and run on TV.
How to copy to TV - read here.
I do not know what is your problem with greyed out wiselink write on, but if copy to tv function is available, where is the problem? Anyway, you can change greyed options over ex-link cable.

I think you have latest firmware and TOP debug menu is dissabled...
1. Could you see symbols you enter in console just after "debug" (1198282)? Do you see anything in terminal window - any logs from TV?
2. Do you have telnet access? Is it possible to enter to console by pressing "ctl+c" after you enter "debug"?
If you get to console i would as you to make dump of your bml0/2 bml0/4 and bml0/5 to check is debug menu dissabled or not.

3. Of your answer to my questions is "false", did you set rs232-Jack in service menu (Control -> Sub Option -> RS-232 Jack -> [ Debug ])?
4. Here is one more way to set TV to debug mode - MagicButton on mainboard in case if you can`t set it in ServiceMenu.

If you set rs232-jack to debug in service menu and you do not get any log on the screen, here you have nothing to do. Check your cable, terminal connection settings. If you are sure, that all works fine, open back panel of tv ant take photo (hi resolution...). Place it here.

TOP debug menu is disabled by kernel. I do not know if it would help, maybe flashing older firmware makes changes in SM and you be able change values. It is known, that in exe.img are some SM settings stored.
But you can`t copy any game to TV, right? Maybe you can run telnet enabler from USB? (not children version). If you get telnet, then you can downgrade firmware. (or make dumps for inspecting at first) and solve your problem. Probably.
