Hi,
short question.
Did you find any answer to this question.
Is it possible to use ONLY a Samsung TV like the UE32C8700 as a player for Live-TV streams from the satellite receiver DM8000 (via IP Network)?
Is there any way to achieve this and not using any PC in the middle as client (which is not an issue), so I can start e.g. AllShare, Media player etc. as client?
Thanks for any hint...

Re: Live stream http (Dreambox channels) to Samsung TV
Activated this on the DM8000
enigma2-plugin-demoplugins-upnpmediaserverdemo
enigma2-plugin-demoplugins-upnpbrowserdemo
enigma2-plugin-demoplugins-upnpmediarendererdemo
enigma2-plugin-systemplugins-upnp
and it works fine (can connect without hassle, can see the different live-streams), **but** my Samsung can not play those media types/formats.
So is there a way to config the Stream-Output so the Samsung UE32C8700 will support this?
Is there a description which formats the Samsung supports and in which ways the stream/files needs to be designed?
