You can patch original firmware with SamyGO Firmware Patcher
than update your TV firmware will implement VideoAR Fix v1.
The command for patch your firmware is:

One more thing, patch is compatible with v2008 only.

Since your FW is not T-CHL5DEUC, than it's not compatible with our tool.
We are trying to understand CI+ devices encryption. But It looks like take much time.
I think you could help us too.

Does your TV have a Network port? If answer is yes, than you can try to get in your TV's inside via telnet by using Telnet Enabler application help..
Or you can try ExLink cable too. I don't know If it works for dropping the shell but it's worth to try...

There is some tools at "video AR Fix" topic that you can use them also for fixing Video AR. You needed to try.
