Problem raised because your TV has no Telnet Client but Server.
Your TV has "Telnetd" server but has no "telnet" client program for create connections to another Telnet servers.
You can download required program from debian repos. you needed to download for "armel" compiled one. Others are not work at your TV.
Is telnet FROM TV possible? (Solved)
Re: Is telnet FROM TV possible?
Hi,
zip archive is perfect, i downloaded zip directly to my tv, unzipped and "./busybox" command displays all compiled in applets. But in attached busybox version there is no telnet applet and it could be that this is reason for bus error (on my LE46B652 it gives normal output "telnet: applet not found"). I attached static (so there is no dependencies on any libraries) busybox for arm architecture from debian distribution (i use debian for chroot on my tv) - it has telnet applet and if your Samsung has ARM in place of heart it should work.
