I started a post on avforums . com about this a few months back.

(as this is my first post the forum software wont let me post links)

I am using the old firmware 1006 at the moment and this issue does not happen.
Unfortunately that firware does not have such good codec support for DLNA.

One guy said that f/w 1013 on his D8000 solved the issue.
In another post on avforums, a guys said that samsung said the issue is on their servers, so who knows...

I might try an upgrade to 1013 and see what happens...
