Since you don't have any way to connect your TV to LAN, your only hope is a service remote.
Alternatively, if you have a universal programmable remote or any device that can send ir signals (smartphone, tablet, pocketpc, and so on), this post can help you:

there you'll find the hex codes for "Factory" and "3speed" button, needed to unlock extended SM.
