Tv unable to find Xtreamer NAS!! Need Help!!!!!!!

Hello people. I have a samsung UE46d5700zf and can not find my Xtreamer NAS device on the network with my tv. Anyone can help me?

Hello, I have also a Xtreamer MK1 and could not find it on the network. I managed to solve this problem by turning off the "login" password of the media player and it works! Try doing that, certainly is going to get it work with your tv. In my case, my Xtreamer NAS can not disable this function, so I can not find it with my tv! Anyone can help me????????

Do you have samba or nfs services running on your NAS?
Install SamyGo and i think you solve your problem.

Check if tv and nas are in same subnet...

Hello, thanks for the reply. Yes, I have samba and NTFS on my Nas and both are on the same subnet. I already have installed pack All extensions on my tv, I could install the PVR function, everything works fine except the tv can not detect the NAS over the network! It?s possible to enter the NAS IP manually on tv In order to access your contents ?

yes, sure, you have to:
1. enable samba client on your TV (it is dissabled by default)
2. Set IP (by editing the samba.init script - check wiki for more detailed howto)

Can i make the same thing for my D5500 , i know the 5700 is the same procesor and fw with 5500.
