Wondering what i can do to get a web browser on my un40d6000sf tv....

You can buy (used - cheaper, or new) mainboard from a higher model (6 series) which has your wanted feature and replace. Here is no other way. At least yet.

To enable FTP, WEB server and other features on your tv, like disabling PVR encryption etc.

If you don't know what the ftp and web servers are then probably you shouldn't mess with it.
FTP -> File transfer protocol -> it's used to transfer files between 2 hosts...in this case, you could remotely upload content to an attached HDD, for example.
The Web server it a server that serves web content (just like every page you open on the internet, behind those there are web servers).
In this case, you can control certain parts of the tv, install addons , etc.
