3d issue

hello everybody
i run out solution , I need your help i'm owner of an ue46d6500, i've lost 3d in full screen.i explain few weeks ago i've been in service menu in order to try resolve a pb with anynet- ( is shouldn't have!!!!!=) surely change value by mistake...
now i've lost 3d in full screen when i try to play a 3d movie by usb or convert cable to 3d the picture only takes half screen (down side ) the picture is complet but compressed in the down part of the screen .
i've tryed a hdmi calibration with success but nothing changes
please help i take every solutions that could help me .
