UN40D6500 Firmware Downgrade help needed

Hi,

I've UN40D6500 and I perform firmware downgrade. Now tv opens, start to show channel and 10 seconds later screen goes off and on again then after another 10 seconds tv close and open itself. I tried to unplug and remove CI card but nothing changed. I want to try factory reset but I couldn't find where it is. Can somebody help me?

You have to call service. Firmware install procedure error. Nothing helps.

Thanks, Service came yesterday and did factory reset but didn^t recover. They took tv to repair.
