ue46es6300 2d -> 3d button stuck the tv

Hi all
i had change the region from eu to ed_israel it didn't work so well but covert from 2d -> 3d worked
i change it back to EU and performed factory reset and now when i press 2d -> 3d on the remote the tv show black screen and the only thing that helps it to turn off the tv .
please advice (maybe i need to change something back at the service menu )

I had the same issue with my UA46ES6600R TV. The 3D mode has stopped working after I did a firmware update. When I turn on 3D mode, it will give a black screen and the pixels are messed up. When I press 3D button again, it will not go back to normal TV view. I need to switch off the TV and switch it on again in order to restore normal operation.

Finally, the 3D mode is back up running again.
In service menu, I had to switch the panel type to 46A1AF6E which best works for my tv.
I think I accidently switched this to another value when I was fiddling around the service menu.
