Help: PVR Disable Encryption

I've unstalled samygo on my Samsung UE55D7000, but I cannot manage to go further.
My main interest would be to disable the encription for the recordings and change the localization of the TV to my country's one.

I read a lot of threads, but I couldn't identify which ones are up to date and, worse, I'm not sure where I can get the more recent files to be installed in the TV.
Am I missing something obvious?

In addition, for a rooted TV I would expect to be able to change any setting without the need to build a special remote controller, is it true or not?
