Any fast way how to switch to USB source?

Hi! It is rather annoying for me to move down 5x in the sources list to select the USB source..
Is there any way how to switch to USB source faster?

how about this?

Press on Media Play button
and then if not allready on USB/Samba/NFS source press the red button and choose your source.

Another way, just Plug in the USB stick and choose media play.

Sry, i was not specific enough..
Let's say I have USB already plugged in and I'd like to go to the USB Content, not media player.. I have to push Source and move down to select USB.. then I can select Content..

there is an "Content" button on your remote control too,
right under the blue button, try this one and if i remember correctly,
you have to push once left or 4-5 times right.
