After trying to get some support from Samsung official site and not getting any solution to my problem, I decided to google my issue and found this place. I honestly hope you can help me solving it.
It turns out, I bought a Samsung LED TV Model UN40EH5050F. I have no complain except for one thing: It doesn't let me change Subtitles font size inside or outside my MKV files. I tried changing properties inside ssa or ass subtitles, tried SRT and nothing has worked till now.
Can you tell me if is there a way to increase font size directly on the Media Share app or if I should use any particular format for my subtitles to allow it?
I think I already mentioned but I am using Media Share and my files are MKV with external subtitles. Sometimes I embedded them with same result.
