Disable overscan, toggle screen fit.

Just noticed that when using TV?s own dvb-c tuner and watching 720p material you can?t turn "Screen fit" which toggle overscan off.
If I use external cable HD tuner I can turn overscan off, so seems that it?s software bug with firmware.
With Panasonic sets you can toggle overscan off even with SD material.

Is there any chance fix that with service menu, so you can toggle screen fit/overscan off with any kind of material?
