Install different firmware from another region

I am in china and i just bought a au55es8000

I have not french language and i am not able to access skype.

So i would like to know how can i change my firmware to an european firmware or an alternative firmware.

In the service menu i am not able to activate the expert menu pressing 0000 does not work.
